Calling all writers ages 4-12! This year, as part of Polar Fest 2023, Yellowbright is hosting the Frosty Pen, a contest just for kids who want to share their favorite winter-themed memory or story! Write a true story, one that is make believe, or a poem; whatever you choose, it's up to you, just make it about Polar Pete's favorite season....Winter! Feel free to include artwork; pictures are great at helping to tell a story! 

Send your entry (1 per child) by midnight CST  on February 14, 2023 to:

Eligibility:

1. Category 1 includes children 4-7

2. Category 2 includes youth, ages 8-12

Participants must reside within a 60 mile radius of Detroit Lakes, MN (primary residence)

Entries will be judged by a panel of local professionals from various industries and winners will be announced on Yellowbright's Facebook and Instagram pages (@yellowbrightinc) February 15, 2023 by noon, CST.
