TRANSLUCENT FLOWERS IN WATERCOLOR (March 12, 2025)
Capture the delicate, intricate beauty of flowers and leaves using the Olga Koelsch translucent watercolor technique of painting. You will learn how to balance light and dark, use white space, and create a see-through effect of painted bloom! (Basic watercolor experience is suggested as this is a bit beyond beginner technique).
All supplies are provided for you, along with hands-on instruction and a take-home tutorial of main tips! Also, there will be light snacks and refreshments offered.

VIRTUAL CLASS: PJs and Poetry (March 18, 2025)
Put on your comfy clothes, grab a drink, and settle in for a virtual class designed to offer creative inspiration, tips for writing poetry that conveys your desired message, and opportunity to connect with other writers.
This virtual session will be 1.5 hours in length and the format will include: Brief introduction by Dawn Duncan, owner of Yellowbright and published poet, author, and artist. Reading of one of Dawn's poems (short), followed by tips on mapping to guidelines when submitting poetry. From here, participants are invited to read brief works to receive feedback or simply share their poems. You are also invited to simply listen, video off, and take in the experience as a silent observer. Be comfortable, relax, and meet fellow creatives!
